This rich red comes from a biodynamic estate with clay-limestone soils, aged 12 months in French oak barrels, offering ripe cherry and subtle spice notes. Best served at 16°C, it pairs perfectly with roasted lamb or mushroom dishes and can be enjoyed now or kept for up to 5 years.
